Bleaum supports two powerful ways to print invoices, labels, and receipts:

Bleaum Printer Client – for fully automated, real-time POS printing across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Browser-Based Printing – for quick printing directly through the browser without needing a client installed.

Option 1: Bleaum Printer Client

Automated printing made easy — local or network.

The Bleaum Printer Client is a lightweight desktop utility that connects your POS system to local or network-connected printers. It enables reliable, compliant printing of:

Package labels
Exit labels
Receipts
Delivery slips
Fulfillment sheets

Why Use the Printer Client?

Without it:

Your POS can’t send print jobs directly
Local devices (especially tablets) can’t find printers
Manual printing disrupts speed and accuracy

With it:

Print from any POS session — tablet, desktop, or mobile
Route different print types to different printers
Centralize printing from one host machine
Maintain compliance with accurate, traceable output.

Setup Steps

Install the Client
Compatible with Linux, Windows, macOS. Download via Bleaum Support or admin portal.
Log In
Use your Organization Name, Username, and Password.
Choose Output Type
Options include: Package Label, Receipt, Exit Label, Delivery Receipt, Pull Sheet.
Assign Location + User
Assign printers per store and per user preferences.
Scan for Available Printers
If printer is missing, click Rescan.
Configure as New Client
Check printer > Click “Set up this device as a new client”.
Test & Finalize
Use Test Print to confirm printer and alignment.

Customizing Templates

Go to POS Settings > Print > Templates
Choose a size (3 defaults available or custom mm)
Select label/receipt type
Use the builder to design from scratch
Save and assign under Labels & Receipts > Config

Multi-Device Flexibility

Only one machine needs the Printer Client installed — it acts as a central hub. All other devices (e.g. tablets) can print through it.

Troubleshooting

No printer found? Click Rescan
Print misaligned? Adjust your template in Print Settings
Custom sizes? Use the Template Builder
Not printing? Ensure the Printer Client is running on host device

Step-by-Step: Print Invoices from POS

Go to POS Orders
Left-hand side panel → Click Fulfillment → Click POS
Click on Orders Tab
Select the Orders tab from the POS interface
Open the Order
Click the Order ID → A side panel will appear
Check Invoice
Click Check Invoice on the right panel. Invoice preview will appear
Choose Printer Destination
Use the system print dialog to select your printer
Open More Settings
Adjust paper size, margins, and layout. Choose Default, Minimum, or enter Custom margins
Print and Save Configuration
Click Print to finish. Browser will remember this config for future print jobs
