Bleaum POS Setup Guide

1. Initial Account & Shop Setup

Login: Go to ops.pos.bleaum.io and reset your password.

Shop Info: Under Settings – Store Information—add name, address, email, phone.

Shop Preferences: Enable essentials (e.g., Email receipts, Out‑of‑Stock sales).

2. Access & Employee Management
Employees: Settings – Access Management – Employees—add team members, assign roles.
Groups & Permissions: Create (e.g., Cashiers, Managers) under Employee Groups; set access.
Shifts: Enable PIN clock-in/out under Employee Shifts; audit easily.
3. Register, Drawer & Vault Configuration
Registers: Settings – Cash Management – Registers—add each POS station.
Drawers: Add drawers per register; input opening balance, test open/close.
Vault: Set Main Vault starting balance and log the first deposit.
4. Catalog & Inventory Setup
Products: Catalog – Products—CSV import or manual add.
Classifications & Tax: Create “Cannabis” and “Non‑Cannabis” categories with correct tax profiles.
Brands & Matrix: Upload brand assets; set product variants via Matrix.
Inventory & Pricing: Configure stock levels, thresholds, and tiered pricing strategies.
Reconciliation: Run an initial sync session and reconcile with METRC as needed.
5. Fulfillment, Sales & POS Workflow
POS Workflow: Process In-Store, Pickup, Delivery orders. Test customer signup, anonymous checkout.
Order Ahead: Fulfillment Order Ahead—confirm web orders flow into POS.
Returns: Familiarize with Orders & Returns tabs.
6. Delivery & Online Ordering
Drivers & Vehicles: Setup deliveries, assign resources.
Notifications: Test manual notifications and scheduled alerts.
Calendar: Add a promotional event.

Loyalty QR: Enable scan-to-earn, print and test QR code.

7. Loyalty, Notifications & Marketing
Banners & Spotlight: Upload images and spotlight a product.
Chat & Social: Enable chat hours; link Instagram/Facebook.
API & Analytics: Add Google Analytics ID and generate API keys.
8. Hardware & Printing

A.

Install Printer Client

1. Download from download.bleaum.io for your operating system.
2. Sign in with your Bleaum credentials.
3. Under Choose output type, select label/receipt type; then check the printer from Available Printers, and click “Setup this device as a new client”.
💡 If multiple users share the POS and need different printers per profile: click the user icon top-right, Add new user, and repeat printer setup under that profile.

Configure Automated Printing

1. Click the rotating Settings icon → Personalize tab → scroll to Configure Automated Printing.
2. You’ll see 4 tabs: Package Label, Exit Label, Receipt, Delivery Receipt.
3. In each tab, select the assigned printer from the devices you set up, then Save.

4. Test print to confirm the connection.
