Transfers — Manage package movement across storage locations, shops, and suppliers all from one place.

The Transfers section allows you to organize and track the movement of inventory in three ways:

This guide will walk you through how to view, create, and complete each type of transfer.

  • Date (All, Today, Yesterday, Custom)
  • Employee
  • Transfer type (Within Storage, Between Shops, Supplier Specific)
  1. ClickAdd Transfer
  2. SelectWithin Storage Location
  3. Choose:
    • Source and Destination Storage Locations
    • Optional notes
  4. Use filters to find your packages by:
    • Package Name / ID / Product
    • Category, Brand
    • Package Status or Type
  5. Check the box next to each package you wish to transfer
  6. ClickCreate Manifest
  7. Enter quantities to transfer
  8. ClickCreate
Move inventory between two different shop locations.
  1. ClickAdd Transfer
  2. SelectWithin Shops
  3. Source location is auto-selected; choose your Destination Location
  4. Add notes or upload documents as needed
  5. Filter and select packages the same way as storage transfers
  6. Click toView Manifest
  7. Set Unit Price for each package
  8. ClickCreate Transferto send it off

Track incoming or outgoing shipments between your shop and external suppliers.

  1. ClickAdd Transfer
  2. ChooseSupplier Specific → Incoming
  3. Select or create a Supplier
  4. For each package:
    • Enter Package ID
    • Select or create a Product
    • Input Quantity + Unit of Measurement
    • Add Unit Cost
  5. ClickAdd Packageto add multiple entries (up to 150)
  6. Add Notes and Documents if needed
  7. ClickCreate
  1. Go toTransfers → Supplier Specific
  2. Locate the transfer markedManageand click it
  3. Review all details:
    • Source/Destination
    • Supplier
    • Packages, Products, Net Price, Margin, Profit, etc.
  4. Input Unit Prices to finalize
  5. ClickSubmitto complete the transfer
  6. The transfer will now appear underCompleted
  • Package numbers, products, dates, origin/destination
  • Print exit labels
  • Print package labels
  • Copy package info
